Welcome to Zonkraft's guide for uploading your designs and using our mock-up tool to preview your custom signs. Follow the tips below to ensure your final product looks perfect.
🧾 Choose the Right Template
1. Round Acrylic Neon Backlit Sign
- All design elements must be connected — no floating parts.
- Use our round design template and keep important content inside the safe zone.
- Submit your artwork as a transparent PNG.
- Avoid gradients or opacity — use solid 100% opacity colors.
2. Business Signs with Cut-Out Letters
- Disconnected elements (letters/icons) are allowed.
- Upload a black-and-white PNG showing your layout.
- Each part will be cut and installed manually.
- Minimum element size: 2 cm / 0.8”.
- Mock-up preview not available for this type.
✅ Design Tips for Best Results
- Keep it simple: bold fonts and clean shapes work best.
- Respect the safe zone: avoid placing critical elements too close to the edge.
- Spacing matters: leave at least 2 mm between elements.
- Full opacity only: avoid semi-transparent areas.
- Over 24”? We’ll add standoff screws and drill holes for easy mounting.
